Welcome to SRK Holidays & Travels. By accessing our website srkholidaysandtravels.in or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

• "Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to SRK Holidays & Travels (SRK Holidays), having its registered office at First Floor, MIG 31, 1st B Main Rd, Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru 560064.
• "Client", "you", "your" refers to the person or entity making a booking or enquiry with us.
• "Services" refers to tour packages, travel arrangements, Vehicle Rentals, accommodation bookings, and any other travel-related services offered by us.
• "Package" refers to any pre-designed or customised tour itinerary offered by the Company.

2. Booking and Contract

2.1 When you make a booking with us, you enter into a legally binding contract with SRK Holidays & Travels. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and issue a confirmation voucher.

2.2 By making a booking, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2.3 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking. Any errors or omissions may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.

2.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party possess valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required for the destination.

3. Payments

3.1 A non-refundable advance payment (typically 25% to 50% of the total package cost) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

3.2 The balance payment must be made at least 15 days prior to the departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other methods as specified by the Company.

3.4 All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

3.5 Any bank charges, transaction fees, or exchange rate fluctuations shall be borne by the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows from the date of departure:

• 45 days or more before departure: 25% of the total package cost (or the advance amount, whichever is higher) is non-refundable.
• 30 to 44 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
• 14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost is non-refundable.
• No-shows: Full cancellation charges apply. No refund will be provided.

Note: Cancellation of flight tickets, train tickets, cruise bookings, or special event tickets is subject to the cancellation policy of the respective service provider. These charges are in addition to our cancellation policy.

5. Amendments and Modifications

5.1 If you wish to modify your booking (change of dates, destination, or number of travellers), we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Amendment charges may apply.

5.2 We reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour package due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, weather conditions, or any event beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will offer you alternative arrangements or a full refund of the package cost.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1 We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability.

6.2 SRK Holidays & Travels is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 You must carry valid identification documents (passport, visa, Aadhaar, driving licence) as required for your travel.

7.2 You are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the tour. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or poses a risk to others, with no refund applicable.

7.3 You must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs at the time of booking so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

8. Force Majeure

SRK Holidays & Travels shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements, but no refunds or compensation shall be payable beyond what is recovered from service providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 SRK Holidays & Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.). We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or defaults of these third-party service providers.

9.2 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, or emotional distress.

9.3 Any claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the completion of the tour. No claims will be entertained after this period.

10. Baggage and Personal Belongings

10.1 You are solely responsible for your baggage and personal belongings at all times during the tour.

10.2 We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property during the trip. We recommend you keep valuables in hotel safety lockers and carry travel insurance that covers baggage loss.

11. Photography and Marketing

11.1 We may take photographs or videos during tours for marketing and promotional purposes. By booking with us, you grant us the right to use such media unless you expressly opt out in writing before the tour.

11.2 We respect your privacy. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your tour guide at the start of the trip.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

12.1 If you have a complaint during your tour, please inform our representative or tour guide immediately so that we can address the issue in real time.

12.2 If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please submit a written complaint to Infosrkholidays@gmail.com within 15 days of the tour's completion.

12.3 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of SRK Holidays & Travels or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any booking-confirmation documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and SRK Holidays & Travels concerning your booking and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
