Terms and Conditions

2.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email from SRK Holidays.

2.2 Payment Terms:

• A minimum advance payment of 25-50% is required at the time of booking
• Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before the travel date
• Last-minute bookings (within 7 days) require full payment at the time of booking
• All payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise

2.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to fuel price changes, government taxes, or service provider rate revisions.

4.1 Vehicle Usage: Rented vehicles are to be used for lawful purposes only. Customers are responsible for any damages caused due to misuse.

4.2 Driver Allowance: For outstation trips, driver allowance (?300-500 per day) and accommodation charges are to be borne by the customer.

4.3 Fuel and Tolls: All fuel charges, toll taxes, parking fees, and state taxes are additional and payable by the customer.

4.4 Kilometre Limits: Packages include specified kilometre limits. Additional kilometres will be charged at ?10-15 per km depending on the vehicle type.

5.1 Inclusions: Package inclusions are clearly mentioned in the booking confirmation. Any services not mentioned are excluded.

5.2 Accommodation: Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 11:00 h? Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5.3 Force Majeure: SRK Holidays is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or additional expenses due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.1 Personal Belongings: SRK Holidays is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, luggage, or documents during the trip.

6.2 Health and Safety: Customers are responsible for their own health and safety. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for all trips.

6.3 Third-Party Services: We act as agents for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). SRK Holidays is not liable for their acts, omissions, or service quality.
